Serigne NDIAYE is the Head of HR at Tobene Power since 2017.
He ensures compliance of HR procedures, coordinate and develop staff training activities.
Prior to that, Serigne worked as an Accountant for Matsen Sarl, the company that constructed Tobene Power Power plant.
Serigne has 6 years’ experience in accounting and management and 5 years’ experience in human resources.
He holds a diploma in HRD, in community organization management and in Bank Insurance.
Serigne speaks Wolof, French and has basic knowledge of English.
